I have been in the dental field since 1990 and have been with Dr.Hale since 1993 as her Office Manager. I love the excitement of dentistry and the beautiful smiles it makes. I form a special bond with all of Dr. Hale’s patients, making them feel as if we are family. I like working with people and educating them about the importance of their dental health. My experience in the financial and insurance arenas help our patients afford the treatment they need and want. I really enjoy making their plans become reality. |
Barbara Peden, Insurance and Hygiene Coordinator

I began my career in dentistry in 1999, looking for a challenge and more interaction in my job. I love talking to all the different people and personalities I come in contact with everyday. I have been with Dr. Hale since 2000. Through experience and updated information from seminars and personal research, I feel that I bring expert skills to help my patients get the most from their insurance benefits and receive the best care for their dental health. Everyday brings the excitement, fun and education in the career I have chosen. |

I have only recently entered the dental field, but I have to say I thoroughly enjoy my job. Since I am the receptionist, I get to see the great smiles that are created by Dr. Hale and her assistants. The fascinating world of dentistry is amazing to me, especially seeing all the great results on our patients. I am very much a people person and love to connect with all of our patients, as well as the staff. I take pride in any job that is handed to me and will always do my best. I am very grateful to be working with all the great women in our office. We put our patients first and it shows. |

Ila Rubit, Registered Dental Assistant

I have been a dental assistant since 1996 and I recently became an addition to Dr. Hale's wonderful practice. I love my job as an assistant, especially seeing the change in people when we improve their smile. It is so rewarding to see someone who was ashamed of their teeth, become more confident and open with the change in their smile. I look forward to treating each patient with gentle kindness and a caring touch. |
Becky Lusk, Registered Dental Assistant

I fell in love with dentistry about a year ago. My mom, who use to assist Dr. Hale introduced me to this fascinating field. Ever since then, there has been nothing I'd rather do. I completed my certification classes in assisting, radiology, infection control, and CPR, and came to work for Dr.Hale. The staff made me feel right at home and continued my training, expanding my knowledge and improving my skills. I love the patients. Seeing people smile makes me happy, too. |
Susan Kleimann, Registered Dental Hygienist
 |
I have been a dental hygienist since 1978 and I have been working with Dr. Hale since 1998. I love my job because the staff is like part of my family and that is how we treat our patients. We like to make them feel like they are at home and very welcome. I got interested in dental hygiene so I could help people take care of their teeth and to help them improve their smiles. A smile makes a lasting impression and is your most valuable accessory. |
Cozette Woodliff, Registered Dental Hygienist

I became a dental hygienist in 1974 and have been a part of Today’s Dental since 2001. My how time flies when you are doing something that you are called to do with your life. It is about service, yet it goes beyond the work. It is about relationships that you make with your coworkers and your patients. It is an extended family. I have been blessed to be able to make great friends through my work. I enjoy being with people, getting to know them, and also helping them achieve good dental health. It is important for me to be able to make my patients feel comfortable, and confident that I have given them my best. I love helping them find that their experience with dentistry can be a good one. I love those smile. |
